We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All sales in person are final. All trades will be considered. If we agree to a trade we will never ship first under any circumstances.
It is the buyers responsibility to know all local and state laws, rules, and regulations concerning
reptile/animals they are wanting to purchase. We will not knowingly break any law for any reason.
GUARANTEES: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. We do however except you to also check and confirm the sex of any animal after receiving it from us just to make sure we didn't make an error.
Live arrival is guaranteed as long as the following terms are met when shipping over night to your door or airport to airport.
1. All packages must be signed for at time of agreed upon arrival at destination.
If no one signs for package and package is placed on door step all guarantees
become void.
If package is returned to delivery vehicle for another delivery attempt later in the day or for the following day then all guarantees become void.
If package is returned to delivery vehicle and taken back to delivery office for customer pick up then all guarantees become void.
2. Temperatures can not go below 55 degrees fahrenheit or above 90 degrees fahrenheit. It is the buyers responsibility to know all of the weather conditions for the time frame that package is going to be in transit.
3. In the case of a shipping delay on the part of the shipper no matter what the reason
the Live Arrival guarantee becomes void. I have no control over shipping delays no
matter what the reason may be.
4. When shipping airport to airport package must be picked up within one hour from
arrival time. If package is not picked up within one hour of arrival time then Live Arrival
guarantee becomes void.
5. There will be no Live Arrival guarantee to Alaska or Hawaii.
If a reptile/animal is dead on arrival we must be contacted within one hour after receiving package.
Pictures of dead on arrival reptile/animal must be emailed immediately.
Reptile/animal must then be shipped back to us next day at buyers expense.
We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement reptile/animal will be sent, refund given, or credit in the event of a dead on arrival.
SHIPPING: We will ship in the United States of America only. No exceptions. Most animals will be shipped UPS next day air at a cost of approximately $ 55.00 per snake. The cost will increase depending upon the weight of the box. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment. Snakes will only be shipped as weather permits. During extreme hot or cold periods we will gladly care for your snake(s) until shipping is possible.
PAYMENT: Payments must be made in full before any reptile/animals will be sent. Payment plans can be arranged. If we agree to a payment plan all deposit money is non refundable. Deposits are determined on an individual basis. In the event that the reptile/animal can not be delivered then a refund will be given. All payment plans are negotiated on an individual basis.
